Inclusive Indonesian Connection (KONEKIN) is a social business that aims to empower and educate individuals with disabilities to promote an inclusive economy. Since 2018, KONEKIN has worked with over 100 communities with disabilities, 33 organizations, and over 10,000 individuals to address disability issues through services and programs.
KONEKIN uses a subsidy model to sell its three primary services to the market : Disability Equality Training (DET), Inclusive Event Organizer, and DEI Consultation. With the guidance of our service, companies can discover competent candidates with disabilities and set up an inclusive, accessible workplace.
